Terms and Conditions

The Art Experiment reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions, are effective from time of publishing.

The Art Experiment reserves the right to make changes to any workshop or schedule as necessary.

In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a suitable substitute of equal quality. If a class must be cancelled—for example, due to illness or insufficient enrolments—enrolled students will be contacted promptly, and an alternative class, credit, or refund will be arranged.

Art Materials

Art materials are supplied and included in the fee for all workshops.

Workshop Code of Conduct

The Art Experiment is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space.

We expect all students to treat teachers, fellow participants, artwork, and other property with respect.

Discrimination of any kind—including on the basis of age, race, sex, gender identity, sexuality, marital status, disability (physical or intellectual), or religion—will not be tolerated. Students who engage in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the class and may face suspension or expulsion from the program.

Maintaining a clean and organized studio is a shared responsibility. All students are expected to assist in cleaning their equipment and workspace at the end of each session.

Punctuality

We kindly ask all students to arrive on time for class. Arriving 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended to ensure a smooth beginning. Please note: doors will be closed promptly at the advertised class start time to avoid disruptions.

For children’s classes, a parent or guardian must escort the child to and from the studio. Prompt pick-up is expected within 10 minutes of the class ending.

Occupational Health & Safety

To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, please inform The Art Experiment at the time of enrolment if you have any existing medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect your participation in class. This allows us to make any necessary accommodations and ensure your comfort and safety.
